Business Travel Accident insurance offers coverage in the event of sickness or accidental death or dismemberment when you’re traveling for business.

Travel Assistance Program
If you’re looking for peace of mind while traveling, consider the Travel Assistance program. It offers toll-free emergency assistance to you, your spouse and your dependents 24 hours a day, seven days a week when you’re traveling 100 miles or more from your primary home for 90 days or less.
Tuition Reimbursement
After one year of service, you are eligible for tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 per calendar year.
The classes or certification must be related to your position or advancement. You will need to get approval prior to the start of the class. Complete the forms located on the UKG HR Help Page and then submit for approval.
Happiness Stipend
The Happiness Stipend was developed through research that suggests the more money people earn, the happier they are. These studies reflect that higher income levels are typically attributed to greater wellbeing, until the earnings reach about $70,000 per year, at which point salaries are no longer major factors associated with greater levels of wellbeing.
Taking Care of You Benefit
This is a cash benefit of $10,000, offered to all regular, full-time staff. This benefit is intended to provide support to the whole employee for use in the most meaningful ways; to support housing costs, transportation, family expenses – whatever the employee needs. This is outside of regular base pay and is paid throughout the year as equal installments over 26 pays.
